Team Member

1. Attend team meetings as needed (expected to be at least once a month)

2. Be proactive in completing tasks according to deadlines

   1. Examples of tasks/projects include:​

      1. Research community events that are relevant for Shumei America to be involved in

      2. Create volunteer orientation materials

      3. Design a survey for a local pilot project

      4. Contribute to an online news blog for this website

      5. And much more!

3. Regularly check in with Project Manager to provide updates on projects

4. Actively communicate and collaborate with the project manager, other team members, staff, and leadership to complete tasks

 

Advisor

1. Have relevant professional experience/expertise (see Item 4 below)

2. Provide advice/feedback as requested on specific need areas

3. Provide access to relevant resources/connections if needed

4. Need Areas: strategic planning | board development | nonprofit and/or business administration | evaluation | marketing | branding | database systems & management | donor management | experience with church nonprofits | program development | project and/or event planning | public relations | communications | relationships & community building
