GOAL 3: OUTREACH AND COMMUNICATIONS
Goal 3 of the framework focuses on marketing and rebranding Shumei America’s image. By developing a comprehensive marketing plan and a national media department, we hope to enhance everyone’s ability to spread Shumei’s philosophy everywhere. We also want to be more strategic and proactive about reaching out and connecting with community partners that align with Shumei’s vision, mission, and values.
