Ridesharing services (Uber or Lyft) allow you to use your smartphone to arrange private rides on very short notice and for a reasonable cost.  ​ 

• Wheelchair accessible vehicles (Uber WAV) are also available.

• IMPORTANT: At LAX Airport, pickup/drop off locations are limited to the departures (upper) level.  

  • Go UPSTAIRS to the upper level called DEPARTURES in order to take an Uber or Lyft. They are not allowed to pick you up downstairs in "Arrivals".

  • Look for the "Ride Service Pickup" signs that indicate pick up spots.
